Description
The selected candidate will work within an international, interdisciplinary team to develop cell atlases for regeneration in zebrafish, mouse, and axolotl. The role includes integrating single-cell transcriptomic and epigenetic data to build atlases for each species and comparing cell types and regulatory processes across them. This position allows for significant engagement in cutting-edge research relevant to cellular genomics.
