Description
This PhD project builds on a new NIHR-funded research initiative aimed at predicting responses to methylphenidate, the most common medication for ADHD. The successful candidate will recruit and test children and adolescents from local NHS services, utilizing clinical scales, cognitive tests, and physiological monitoring. Participants will undergo assessments with both a single dose of medication and placebo in a double-blind setup. The candidate will also contribute to publications and gain training in data analysis, working within a supportive research community.
