Scholarship Description:
The McGuire Center offers Graduate Research Assistantships for students pursuing Master’s or Ph.D. degrees with a keen interest in Lepidoptera and biodiversity. The MGCL, a world-leading research facility, provides a unique opportunity to engage in diverse fields such as systematics, evolution, ecology, conservation, genomics, and physiology. Successful candidates will benefit from the MGCL’s rich collections and contribute to ongoing research and educational activities.
Eligibility:
Prospective students interested in earning a Master’s or Ph.D. degree from the Department of Biology, Entomology and Nematology Department, or other relevant UF department, with a research emphasis on butterflies and moths are eligible to apply. Priority is given to Master’s degree candidates.

- TOEFL scores (for non-English first language speakers) or a statement about plans to take the TOEFL test.
