Eligibility/Qualification:
- College students to post-doctoral fellows at Mitacs partner colleges and universities in Canada
- Recent graduates from a Canadian college or university within two years of graduation
- Full-time graduate students in select Mitacs partner countries
- Canadian citizens, permanent residents, and international students over the age of 18
- For-profit corporations, eligible not-for-profit corporations, municipalities, and hospitals in Canada
- For-profit businesses operating outside of Canada (refer to Accelerate International for details)
Job Description:
- Interns spend approximately 50% of the internship with the academic institution and 50% with the partner organization
- Collaborate on research projects
- Submit a final report and exit survey summarizing project results and experiences
- Adhere to the Accelerate Code of Conduct
- Receive a stipend/salary starting at $10,000 per four-month period
