Mitacs Elevate Postdoctoral Fellow: We are seeking a dedicated postdoctoral fellow to lead a groundbreaking project focused on the application of digital mental health technology within primary healthcare settings. This role involves collaboration with Harrison Healthcare, a leading private healthcare provider in Western Canada, and the QuERBY Lab under the supervision of Dr. Jeremy Stewart. The position offers flexibility, allowing candidates to work remotely or from one of Harrison Healthcare’s sites in Vancouver, BC, or Calgary, AB.

- Experience with psychometric assessment and statistical analysis
- Familiarity with DSM-5-TR diagnostic criteria
- Strong skills in manuscript and grant writing
- Interest in digital mental health technology and primary healthcare
Job Description:
The postdoctoral fellow will lead a project focused on evaluating the psychometric properties of Harrison Healthcare’s Mental Health Assessment Technology (MHAT). Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting semi-structured diagnostic interviews with primary care patients
- Administering dimensional measures of psychopathology
- Managing and analyzing collected data to evaluate MHAT’s effectiveness
- Engaging in manuscript and grant writing
- Participating in secondary data analysis and additional research projects within the QuERBY Lab
- Optional involvement in training opportunities such as EEG/ERP and eye-tracking methods
