Job Description
As a Research Fellow, your core responsibilities will include:
- Conducting advanced, independent research on assigned cybersecurity and computer science projects.
- Publishing research findings in top-tier peer-reviewed international journals and presenting at major conferences (e.g., IEEE S&P, USENIX Security, ACM CCS, NDSS).
- Developing prototypes, testing security frameworks, and evaluating experimental results.
- Collaborating effectively with industry partners, government agencies, and international research institutions.
- Assisting in the preparation of research grant proposals and progress reports.
- Mentoring and co-supervising undergraduate and postgraduate students working on related projects.
Eligibility & Qualification Requirements
Candidates applying for this position must meet the following criteria:
- Education: A Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Security, Electronic Engineering, Communication Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
- Research Track Record: A strong publication record in reputable, peer-reviewed international journals or top-tier conference proceedings in cybersecurity or computer networks.
- Technical Skills: Proficient programming skills (e.g., C/C++, Python, Java, or Go) and familiarity with security analysis tools, cryptographic libraries, or network simulators.
