1) PhD Position
Designation: PhD Researcher
Research Area: Thermal Effects in Landslides

Eligibility/Qualification:
- Strong background in soil mechanics and constitutive modeling
- Degree in geotechnical engineering or equivalent
- Experience in relevant topics through academic achievements or thesis
Job Description: The selected candidate will work on incorporating novel experimental insights and field data into physically-based models. The focus is on reproducing and predicting landslide behaviors at slope and catchment scales under thermo-hydro-mechanical conditions. The position is fully funded for up to 4 years with a net salary of 1100 EUR/month (research assistant position) and an additional PhD scholarship of up to 600 EUR/month.

2) Postdoc Positions (Two Positions)
Designation: Postdoctoral Researchers
Research Area: Thermo-Hydro-Mechanical Modeling of Geomaterials, Landslides, and Climate Change
Location: Charles University, Prague
Eligibility/Qualification:
- Track record of publications, grants, and scientific results in the relevant field
- Outstanding skills in constitutive and numerical modeling of landslide processes
- Expertise in advanced experimental soil mechanics, preferably with a focus on clay soils
Job Description: The selected candidates will contribute to cross-scale modeling under thermo-hydro-mechanical conditions. Independent thinking and developing original solutions are expected. The fellowship duration is 12 months, renewable based on performance, with a net salary of 1750 EUR/month (postdoctoral position).
