Description
The primary goals of the CellWise project are:
- Enable predictive design of biocircuits with complex functions, addressing noise and uncertainty.
- Understand and control nonlinear emergent behaviors in stochastic biomolecular networks.
- Engineer cellular cognition in microorganisms, focusing on functions like memory and decision-making.
- Elucidate and control cellular decision-making processes related to yeast aging and bacterial persistence.
