Eligibility/Qualifications:
- Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry, Polymer Chemistry, Materials Science, or Chemical Engineering.
- Proven excellence in synthetic or physical organic chemistry.
- Strong knowledge and experience in the characterization and processing of organic and polymeric materials.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team, communicate complex concepts, and prepare scientific manuscripts.
Job Description:
- Drive organic and polymer synthesis efforts, focusing on the development of recyclable polymers.
- Investigate structure–reactivity–property relationships to guide materials design.
- Conduct polymer processing and thermomechanical characterization using techniques such as DSC, TGA, DMA, and rheometry.
- Promote a robust safety culture, maintain accurate research records, and publish findings in peer-reviewed journals.
- Present research at scientific conferences and mentor junior researchers.
