Research Area: Electrosynthesis, organic synthesis, electrochemistry, reaction mechanism studies, and scalability of electrosynthetic processes.

Eligibility/Qualification:

  • Master’s degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, or related disciplines.
  • Experience in organic synthesis is required.
  • Prior knowledge of electrochemistry is beneficial but not necessary.

Description: The Ph.D. student will be involved in:

  • Performing electrochemical reactions and tuning reaction conditions.
  • Optimizing reactions for products of high industrial relevance.
  • Investigating reaction mechanisms.
  • Performing studies on the scalability of electrosynthetic processes.
  • Preparing scientific publications and presenting results at national and international conferences.
