Job Description: As a Ph.D. student in the Darrouzet-Nardi Laboratory, you will be responsible for:
- Running CrustNet sampling nodes in the Chihuahuan Desert
- Analyzing biocrust samples from diverse global sites with lab technician support
- Conducting soil analyses, elemental composition studies, and enzymatic function assessments
- Contributing to high-impact publications based on network data
- Participating in international research collaborations and conferences
