Description
The Ph.D. student will develop impact-based forecasts of floods, focusing on various impacts including economic losses, affected populations, and fatalities. The project aims to enhance forecast information to improve early warning systems. Responsibilities may also include teaching and departmental work up to 20% of the time. The position starts on September 1, 2026, or as agreed.
