Job Description

The selected PhD researcher will contribute to the research project:

“Using Dynamic Electrochemical Techniques to Acquire Comprehensive Insights into the Parameters Governing the Properties of Aptamer-Based Sensors.”

The research aims to improve the performance of aptamer-based electrochemical sensors, which have significant potential for early disease diagnosis.

The scholar will:

  • Investigate model aptamer-based electrochemical sensors.
  • Study the influence of preparation conditions on sensor performance.
  • Use automated instrumentation to analyze aptamer self-assembled monolayer (SAM) formation.
  • Apply advanced impedimetric and dynamic electrochemical techniques.
  • Participate in research training, doctoral coursework, and collaborative scientific activities.
  • Present research findings through conferences and scientific publications.
