Eligibility/Qualification:
- For Postdoctoral Fellows:
- PhD/DPhil degree obtained within the last three years.
- Must be under 35 years old.
- Strong research record and English communication skills.
- Ability to join the research group promptly is preferred.
- For PhD Candidates:
- Strong academic background in chemistry or related fields.
- CV required for pre-evaluation by Professor Ren’s team.
Job Description:
- Conduct independent research in one of the specified areas, coordinating projects to meet research deadlines.
- Manage small-scale project activities and participate in group and departmental meetings.
- Produce high-quality figures and draft manuscripts for publication.
- Represent the research group in external meetings and seminars.
- Administrative support for visa processing, accommodation, and family settlement will be provided by HIT (Shenzhen).
Welfare and Benefits:
- Postdoctoral Salary: ¥220,000–360,000 RMB per year.
- PhD Salary: ¥48,000 RMB per year.
