Eligibility/Qualification:

  • For Postdoctoral Fellows:
  • PhD/DPhil degree obtained within the last three years.
  • Must be under 35 years old.
  • Strong research record and English communication skills.
  • Ability to join the research group promptly is preferred.
  • For PhD Candidates:
  • Strong academic background in chemistry or related fields.
  • CV required for pre-evaluation by Professor Ren’s team.

Job Description:

  • Conduct independent research in one of the specified areas, coordinating projects to meet research deadlines.
  • Manage small-scale project activities and participate in group and departmental meetings.
  • Produce high-quality figures and draft manuscripts for publication.
  • Represent the research group in external meetings and seminars.
  • Administrative support for visa processing, accommodation, and family settlement will be provided by HIT (Shenzhen).

Welfare and Benefits:

  • Postdoctoral Salary: ¥220,000–360,000 RMB per year.
  • PhD Salary: ¥48,000 RMB per year.
