Research Area
This research will focus on the relationship between metabolomic profiles, environmental exposures, and cardiometabolic health, particularly in connection with diseases such as myocardial infarction, stroke, and type 2 diabetes.

Utrecht University, Institute for Risk Assessment Sciences (IRAS), Utrecht, Netherlands.
Eligibility/Qualification
- Master’s degree in Data Science, (Computational) Epidemiology, (Medical) Statistics, or a similar field.
- Strong interest in environmental health and Exposome research.
- Expertise in programming and quantitative data analysis (R/Python).
- Affinity with bioinformatics.
- Strong collaboration, reporting, and presentation skills.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
Description
As part of a large multidisciplinary research community, you will analyze high-dimensional OMICs data generated within the Exposome-NL consortium. You will collaborate with leading researchers in epidemiology, metabolomics, and environmental health to further foundational knowledge in Exposomics.
