Job Description

The studentship will focus on developing a robust generative deep learning framework for cross-modal integration and analysis. Key objectives include:

ObjectiveDescription
Framework DevelopmentDesign and implement a generative deep learning framework that is resilient to distribution shifts.
Correlation DiscoveryIdentify interpretable correlation structures across data modalities related to treatment response and survival outcomes.
Validation & BenchmarkingApply the framework across various cancer types, evaluating foundation models for generalizability and fairness.
