Eligibility/QualificationMaster’s degree (120 ECTS) in Microbiology or equivalent; strong skills in culturing; experience in scientific programming (Python/R); understanding of metagenomics (advantage); excellent English proficiency.
Job Description– Conduct metagenomic assembly
– Identify novel species in cattle rumen
– Quantify species abundance
– Apply statistical analysis and data mining
– Isolate and cultivate target species
– Execute functional validation of isolated species.
