Description
This PhD project aims to investigate the BNI trait found in wild relatives of sorghum, specifically focusing on the bioactive compound sorgoleone. The successful applicant will join the Dynamic Metabolons Research Group and work on characterizing the pathways for sorgoleone production. The role involves a mix of research methodologies including bioinformatics, molecular biology, and plant transformation in a collaborative environment with international research partners.
