Eligibility/Qualification:
- MSc degree (or equivalent) in (Applied) Physics, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Material Science, Electrical Engineering, or similar
- Strong background in either physics or chemistry
- Experience in the areas of patterning, surface science, or thin film deposition would be an asset
- Interest in device fabrication schemes
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
Job Description:
- Investigate the interaction of photons, electrons, and plasmas with 2D materials using in-situ techniques
- Develop area-selective processes, analyze deposited films, and demonstrate selectivity
- Report results to collaborators, prepare scientific papers and conference presentations
- Provide daily supervision of BSc and MSc students
