Description

The PhD position is focused on understanding the interactions between protists and viruses, particularly how Polinton-like viruses may mitigate protist death caused by Giant Virus infections. The research will involve high-throughput isolation methods and advanced analyses using genomics, transcriptomics, and proteomics.
