Eligibility/Qualification
- A master’s degree in construction management or a related field in the built environment is required.
- GRE scores are not required for this application.
- English Proficiency Requirements:
- IELTS Academic: Overall score of 6.5 with a minimum of 6.5 in each section.
- TOEFL iBT: Minimum score of 84 with at least 21 in each section.
- Applicants with degrees outside of construction management may apply for a concurrent Master of Construction Management (MCM) degree alongside the PhD.
Job Description
As a PhD candidate in Construction Management, you will engage in comprehensive research, contribute to various specialized research centers, and potentially teach undergraduate courses. You’ll collaborate with faculty and fellow researchers on innovative projects that advance the field of construction management.
