Eligibility/Qualification
- A master’s degree in construction management or a related field in the built environment is required.
- GRE scores are not required for this application.
- English Proficiency Requirements:
- IELTS Academic: Overall score of 6.5 with a minimum of 6.5 in each section.
- TOEFL iBT: Minimum score of 84 with at least 21 in each section.
- Applicants with degrees outside of construction management may apply for a concurrent Master of Construction Management (MCM) degree alongside the PhD.
Job Description
As a PhD candidate in Construction Management, you will engage in comprehensive research, contribute to various specialized research centers, and potentially teach undergraduate courses.
