DegreeMaster’s degree in chemistry, materials science, physics, or closely related fields
ExperiencePreferably prior experience in electron microscopy or spectroscopy techniques
SkillsProgramming, data analysis, or simulations (positive evaluation)
LanguageProficiency in English at B2 level or higher
ResidencyMust not have resided or carried out main activities in Italy for more than 12 months in the last 3 years

Description

The selected candidate will focus on the advanced characterization of materials using TEM techniques, analyzing nanostructures down to sub Angstrom resolution and their evolution under various conditions (temperature, electric fields, reactive environments). This three-year PhD program includes structured scientific training and opportunities for international secondments.
