Eligibility/Qualification:

  • A completed university degree (state examination, diploma, master’s, or comparable) in chemistry with preferably very good results.
  • Good knowledge of inorganic chemistry, synthesis, catalysis, and spectroscopy (NMR, UV-Vis).
  • Willingness to work towards scientific qualification.
  • Ability to work in interdisciplinary teams.
  • Very good command of the English language (both written and spoken).

Job Description:

  • Conduct interdisciplinary research at the interface of molecular inorganic chemistry, catalysis, theory, and spectroscopy focused on CO2 activation and coupling.
  • Actively participate in RTG-related training and qualification activities.
  • Publish research results in scientific journals.
