Job Description:
- Key Responsibilities:
- Model and optimize methanol synthesis processes and integrate them with CO₂ provision methods.
- Conduct technological assessments of process variants, particularly for the CO process versus reference methods.
- Measure trace components at various process stages and integrate findings into the process model.
- Analyze and present results at scientific conferences and in journals.
- Support the preparation of third-party funding applications.
- Collaborate closely with internal and external partners.
- Conduct detailed evaluations and presentations of simulation results.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with process simulation software (e.g., Aspen, AVEVA, UniSim, Hysis, gProms).
- Proficiency in modeling languages (e.g., Python).
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to work methodically.
- Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
