Description

The doctoral project involves studying subclonal variation in cancer, particularly leukemias and solid tumors with high genetic heterogeneity. The research utilizes advanced single-cell multiomics methods such as DNTR-seq to understand gene dosage effects on expression and the genetic and epigenetic dimensions of treatment persistence. Candidates will engage in a multidisciplinary research environment collaborating with clinicians and utilizing both computational and experimental methodologies.
