Job Description:
The successful candidate will contribute to an interdisciplinary research project focused on elucidating the effects of resistance-producing mutations on protein function and cell physiology. The project involves a comprehensive approach, encompassing genomic evolution, molecular function, and whole organism physiology. The candidate will have the opportunity to study the evolution of cardiotonic steroid resistance in various predator species and examine the impacts of mutations on protein function, cell signaling, and cellular homeostasis.
