Eligibility/Qualification:
- Master of Science in inorganic/physical chemistry, material science, or related field
- Knowledge of batteries and electrochemistry is beneficial
- Fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking/presenting)
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Job Description:
As a PhD student, the successful candidate will be involved in:
- Exploration of synthesis routes including soft chemistry routes, electrochemical, and solid-state reactions
- Material characterization and evaluation of electrochemical performance using prototype cells
- Investigation of long-term stability and energy efficiency using deep structural, electrochemical, and spectroscopy characterizations
- Collaboration with leading experts in spectroscopy simulation and computational modeling
