- Conduct research on the eco-evolutionary processes shaping microbiomes in infants
- Analyze data from the Amsterdam Infant Microbiome Study (AIMS) cohort
- Collaborate with researchers within the MetaHealth consortium
- Develop and deploy computational models in collaboration with Computational Science Lab (CSL)
- Present research findings at (international) meetings
