Description
The successful candidate will engage with a cutting-edge project utilizing Alphafold3 to explore protein structural changes due to alternative splicing and sequence variations in barley. The aim is to create a database from a comprehensive barley pan-transcriptome and combine this with phenotypic data to link traits with protein variations. This research will particularly focus on traits like water stress responses and drought tolerance, providing valuable insights and computational resources for future agricultural applications.
