Job Description: The successful candidate will engage in mathematical research with a focus on machine learning, probability theory, or stochastic optimization. Planned research topics include computational probabilistic methods, causal inference, quantization of probability distributions, regularization of stochastic optimization problems, interpretability of neural networks, and mathematical aspects of graph neural networks.
