Eligibility/Qualification
- Master’s (or equivalent) degree in engineering, computer science, physics, or mathematics.
- Strong background in mathematics, programming (particularly Python), and machine learning (including deep learning).
- Knowledge in Speech and Signal Processing, Natural Language Processing, or medical data analysis is desirable.
- Interest in mental health research and collaboration.

Description
The successful candidate will participate in a project aimed at developing AI solutions to assist healthcare experts in diagnosing depression disorders. This involves:
- Conducting research under the guidance of Dr. Esaú VILLATORO-TELLO & Dr. Jean-Marc ODOBEZ.
- Collaborating with international partners in Mexico, including CIMAT and INPRFM.
- Engaging in project meetings and potentially leading work packages.
- Helping supervise other PhD students and interns as necessary.
- Spending approximately half a year seconded to Mexico for hands-on experience in clinical settings.
