Eligibility/Qualification:
- Master’s degree in Biomedical Sciences, Molecular Biology, Biology, Biochemistry, or equivalent.
- Proficiency in English with strong communication skills.
- Hands-on experimental skills and experience in genetics, cell culture, microscopy, and multi-omics data analysis.
- Preferably, experience in the field of nephrology.
Job Description: As a PhD student, you will be engaged in a full-time research position, utilizing patient-derived organoids to identify drug targets for rare pediatric kidney diseases. The project, funded by the Dutch Kidney Foundation, spans three years with the opportunity to start between April and June 2024.
