PhD Position: Development of a Work-Place Curriculum for Heat Pump Installers

Research Area:
Development of technology-enhanced workplace learning curriculum for efficient training of heat pump installers.
Location:
Faculty of Engineering Technology (ET) at the University of Twente, Netherlands
Eligibility/Qualification:
- Must have or be close to completing an MSc degree in Mechanical Engineering or Educational Sciences
- Interest in continuous workplace learning processes
- Background in thermodynamics and heat transfer
- Strong methodological knowledge in qualitative and quantitative research
- Excellent English communication skills; Dutch or German proficiency preferred
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Job Description:
- Lead a design-based research project to create a workplace learning curriculum
