  • Good organizational skills, independent working ability, and a problem-solving attitude.
  • Proficiency in English and good communication skills.

Description

The PhD candidate will research magnet-to-metal adhesive bonding, focusing on key aspects such as physicochemical reactions of adhesives, surface validation, and bond failure testing. The position offers a four-year full-time appointment, with the aim of preventing adhesion failures at critical interfaces during assembly. The successful candidate will engage in academic coursework and receive guidance from faculty and industry professionals.
