PhD Position in AI DeMoS Lab: The AI DeMoS Lab at TU Delft is seeking a PhD candidate to explore the intersection of AI and democratic engagement. This position will focus on developing AI systems that facilitate meaningful democratic practices and collective engagements in public contexts.

- Strong teamwork and initiative skills
Preferred qualifications include:
- In-depth knowledge of speculative design or related approaches
- Interest in philosophy of technology or related fields
Job Description:
The AI DeMoS Lab focuses on developing AI systems for democratic engagement. The PhD candidate will investigate collective engagements with public AI systems, utilizing speculative design to broaden engagement and stimulate societal debate on AI’s role in public life. The candidate will work within a multidisciplinary team, contributing to AI-related education and collaborating across various fields.
