Description
The PhD candidate will play a crucial role in developing a novel tool to advance lung cancer screening towards clinical implementation. Responsibilities include:
- Developing a foundation model for thoracic CT scans.
- Conducting molecular analysis of sequencing data from ctDNA.
- Evaluating large clinical datasets concerning cancer incidence.
- Creating a multimodal classifier that integrates multiple data sources to predict the presence of lung cancer.
Candidates will receive training in radiological imaging assessment and principles of molecular oncology, focusing on ctDNA testing.
