Description
The successful candidate will be involved in:
- Designing, cloning, and testing synthetic tools for plant factors involved in end-joining processes.
- Establishing the Bindcraft pipeline for de novo design of peptide binders.
- Conducting inhibitor screening via transient expression in Nicotiana benthamiana reporter lines.
- Applying inhibitors in stable gene editing approaches using Arabidopsis thaliana reporter lines.
- Presenting and publishing scientific data.
