Eligibility/Qualification

Mandatory Requirements:

  • MSc and BSc in relevant fields such as Biology, Biotechnology, Biomedical Sciences, or Bioinformatics
  • Hands-on experience with mammalian cell culture, particularly in 3D culture systems
  • Familiarity with microscopy or imaging techniques
  • Strong foundational knowledge in molecular and cellular biology
  • Fluency in English (oral and written)

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with transcriptomic techniques (e.g., single-cell RNA-seq, spatial transcriptomics)
  • Interest in interdisciplinary research at the interface of cell signaling and bone biology

Description

The successful candidate will engage in research to explore receptor-driven pathways in bone cell development and pathology using a robust 3D spheroid model that replicates the human bone microenvironment. The project will include collaboration with clinical and computational research teams, providing an opportunity to develop skills in high-impact techniques such as pharmacological modulation, gene expression profiling, and bioinformatic analysis.
