Description

The PhD project will address the challenges of dynamic assessment of bone and joint motion using freehand ultrasound, offering a radiation-free and flexible alternative to MRI and CT scans. The research will focus on developing novel registration strategies for ultrasound-derived musculoskeletal point clouds, specifically targeting the 3D reconstruction and tracking of skeletal structures such as the femur and pelvis.
