Description
This PhD project investigates DNA methylation regulation across the circadian cycle. Tasks include laboratory work (cell culture, molecular biology methods, CRISPR tagging) and bioinformatic analyses using R or Python. Candidates will also engage in research communication and mentorship of undergraduate students.
