Eligibility/Qualification

  • Master’s degree in Medicine, Biology, or Psychology.
  • Excellent oral and written knowledge of German and English.
  • Knowledge of the Good Clinical Practice (GCP) Guidelines E6(R3) and Swiss regulatory requirements is considered an advantage.
  • A strong interest in working within a clinical study team and directly with patients—especially children and their parents.
  • Must possess structured process-thinking skills, high attention to detail, the ability to cope with frustration, and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively.

Job Description

  • Coordinate and manage all aspects of your own clinical research project while supporting team members.
  • Recruit study participants according to established study protocols.
  • Accurately collect, manage, and enter research data into study databases.
  • Analyze research data and assist in interpreting study findings.
  • Present your research findings at international scientific conferences.
  • Publish research outcomes in peer-reviewed scientific journals.
  • Support and supervise Master’s students during their thesis projects.
