Project Description: Host-pathogen interactions involve molecular changes in host immune cells and pathogens. The lab aims to study these changes concurrently to establish links between virulence and the immune response. By integrating pathogen processes and genomic rearrangements with host cellular dynamics, the project seeks to understand tissue responses to infection.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, or Molecular Biology.
- Excellent programming and data visualization skills in Python and/or R.
- Basic knowledge of immunology, biochemistry, or systems biology.
- Strong interest in addressing biological questions using computational strategies.
