Study Area: The research focuses on data-driven life science, particularly in the field of digital pathology and precision medicine.

Scholarship Description: This PhD position is part of the SciLifeLab and Wallenberg National Program for Data-Driven Life Science (DDLS), aimed at training the next generation of data-driven life scientists. The successful candidate will work within the Department of Medical Epidemiology and Biostatistics at Karolinska Institutet, focusing on developing AI techniques for digital pathology data to improve prostate cancer care.

Eligibility: To be eligible, applicants must hold a Master’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering or a related field. Proficiency in English equivalent to the course English B/English 6 at Swedish upper secondary school is required.
