Eligibility/Qualification

  • Education:
  • A second cycle degree (Master’s degree) in a relevant field, or
  • Completed course requirements of at least 240 higher education credits, including 60 second-cycle higher education credits, or
  • Equivalent knowledge from other studies.
  • Language Proficiency:
  • English equivalent to English B/6.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Expertise in organic chemistry synthesis, particularly the modification of carbohydrate-based materials and/or other polymeric systems.
  • Experience with cellulose fibres and polymer processing is advantageous.

Job Description

  • Conduct research on chemical modifications of cellulose fibers aimed at developing vitrimers.
  • Independently pursue research projects while collaborating with other researchers.
  • Analyze and work with complex issues in polymer chemistry.
  • Participate in a dynamic international research environment, collaborating with industries and researchers from leading universities.
  • Engage in academic training and contribute to educational activities.
