Eligibility/Qualification
- Successfully completed MSc degree in Human Nutrition, Food Technology, or a related discipline.
- Interest and/or background in human digestion, metabolism, eating behavior, and food process engineering.
- Excellent academic writing and oral communication skills in English, with a minimum English proficiency of C1 level.
Description
As a PhD candidate, you will:
- Conduct in vitro experiments to analyze the gelling behavior and breakdown of various ingredients.
- Execute human feeding trials to evaluate intra-gastric behavior and appetite effects.
- Analyze data to establish links between in vitro and in vivo behaviors.
- Publish findings in high-quality journals and present at academic conferences.
