Eligibility/Qualification:

  • Master’s degree in Physics or related field
  • Proficiency in English with strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a collaborative setting
  • Skills in finite element analysis and/or superconductivity (desirable)

Job Description:

The successful candidate will conduct research on cryogenic sensing, actuation, and seismic isolation solutions, focusing on superconducting sensing and actuation technologies. Additionally, involvement in detector experience with the Virgo project and contributions to the advancement of gravitational-wave instrumentation are expected.
