Eligibility/Qualification

  • Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a closely related field.
  • Deep understanding of energy systems, including experience with hydrogen production, storage, transport, and system integration.
  • Proficiency in programming (Python or MATLAB) and skills in mathematical modeling and simulation.
  • Strong communication skills in English and ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.

Description

As a PhD researcher, you will:

  • Conduct analyses of hydrogen technologies and develop decarbonization strategies.
  • Focus on two main tasks:
  1. Develop and optimize large-scale, multi-vector energy systems supported by hydrogen.
  2. Perform technical optimization of hydrogen technologies using advanced simulation models.
  • Collaborate with academic and industry partners and prepare technical reports and publications.
