Description

The Schraml Lab focuses on the role of dendritic cells and their interactions with tissue microenvironments in shaping immune responses. The PhD candidate will:

  • Explore dendritic cell and stromal cell heterogeneity using high-dimensional flow cytometry and microscopy.
  • Employ single-cell transcriptomics, including data integration and computational analysis.
  • Study the biological functions of dendritic cells through in vitro and in vivo models.

This position offers a dynamic research environment with a commitment to support doctoral candidates, encouraging participation in research consortia and attendance at international conferences.
