Job Description
The position involves:
- Investigating the mechanisms underlying the ACOD1-itaconate pathway in Coxiella burnetii infection
- Conducting in vitro infection experiments and sgRNA-based analyses
- Utilizing flow cytometry, ELISA, multiplex cytokine analyses, protein modification, and RNA sequencing
- Collaborating with a research group focused on macrophage immune response and infection resolution.
