Description
The PhD project will explore the factors shaping language emergence and change, utilizing a variety of experimental and computational methods. Candidates are encouraged to propose specific topics related to language evolution or select from areas suggested by the supervisor. Essential qualifications include a Master’s degree in a relevant field, experience in empirical research, proficiency in data analysis and programming, and a strong written and spoken command of English. Desirable traits include experience in computational modeling and virtual reality experiments.
